I know what it feels like to keep going when everything inside you is screaming stop.

I know, because one afternoon my husband called me and said four words that changed everything:

"Don't come home yet."

Our house had burned to the ground. Literally. Everything — gone.

And do you know what I did? I held it together. For my family. I told them we'd figure it out. That we were lucky to be safe. I put on a brave face and kept going.
